THE VALIDATION TEAM

The objective for its formation was for members to meet every month to validate data from various units of the Hospital before it is been entered into the District Health Information Management System (DHIMS) and other reports.

The team is also responsible for ensuring high quality data provision by the Facility. The validation committee has been in existence for a long time with about 3 to 4 members. In 2015 the membership was increased to 6 members and below are their details;
